Kids’ Nature Adventure Sessions

Rewilding Childhood!

Through our nature adventure sessions we want kids to feel a sense of freedom and fun, and gain a love of the magic of nature. These sessions are as child-led as possible and there is something for everyone! We work with children to find out their interests and then encourage them to use their own initiative, creativity and inspiration, either individually or in groups.

Or sessions include a wide range of activities such as den building, safe fire-lighting and tool-use shelter building, rope-play apparatus such as tightropes, tree swings and hammocks, nature detective work to develop awareness of flora and fauna, and natural arts and crafts. There are also plenty of opportunities to engage in unstructured free play, as well as a bit of mindfulness, self-reflection and even philosophical enquiry!
